  • How do I book Military TDY lodging with Aviator Lounge?

    To meet DTS billing requirements, book only the first month of your stay and email info@aviatorden.com with your full class dates. We will manually reserve the rest of your stay and bill monthly on the 27th of the previous month for the following month. This ensures proper invoicing for reimbursement. 

  • What cleaning services are included in my stay?

    Crashpad Stays: Enjoy complimentary weekly or monthly cleaning of common areas. Need your room cleaned too? Opt-in at no extra cost or maintain your own space-your choice!


    Single-Family Rentals: Additional cleaning services available weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Contact us for pricing-our trusted Aviator Lounge staff takes care of everything, so you don't have to find help in an unfamiliar area.

  • What home care and maintenance services are included during my stay?

    • High-efficiency washer and dryer for hassle-free laundry.

    • Water softener salt&fridge water filters provided where applicable (dependent on home features).

  • Are Pets Allowed?

    Pets are welcome at Aviator Lounge with prior approval. A one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet is required, along with current vaccination records and rental insurance that includes coverage for your pet. Aviator Lounge reserves the right to limit the number of pets per household and may restrict certain breeds.

  • Is the use of a Government Travel Card required for payment?

    No, the use of a Government Travel Card is not required. You’re welcome to use your personal credit card if you’d prefer to earn rewards points. We accept all major debit and credit cards. If you’d like to learn more about the Government Travel Card, please click below.

  • Does Aviator Lounge rent a whole house or just a room?

    You have a couple of options: 

    • Crashpad- Private room with access to shared common areas.
    • Single Family- Exclusive rental of the entire property, offering complete privacy.
  • How Much Does It Cost?

    • Crashpad-Room rentals- There are no out-of-pocket expenses. We charge only the approved TDY Lodging per diem rate for your stay, which can be found below:

  • I’m currently staying at base lodging. Can I transfer to your property?

    Absolutely! You’re free to transition from base lodging at any time and enjoy a more comfortable lifestyle with us. There’s no long-term commitment required with base lodging.

  • Am I able to bring my spouse, family, or significant other?

    Absolutely! At Aviator Den, we deeply value both family and our military service members. We understand that home is wherever the military takes you, and we do our best to accommodate families based on availability. Please reach out for pricing details.

  • Will I incur any charges for December holiday leave?

    Crashpad Only: If you’re on official leave during the December holiday season, you won’t be charged from December 24th to January 1st. Rest assured, your personal items will be safe and waiting for you when you return to Aviator Lounge! Please submit your approved official leave orders to Aviator Lounge no later than December 23rd for approval.

  • Can you tell me about your referral program?

    Refer & Earn $100! 


    Love staying with us? Share the experience! When your referral books, signs the contract, and checks in, you'll receive $100 as a thank-you. Just have them mention your name on the Contact Us form. Payouts are issued after their check-in is confirmed. Easy money for spreading the word! 

  • Will I receive a receipt for my stay at Aviator Lounge?

    Yes, you will receive a daily itemized lodging receipt, as well as a paid receipt for your Government Travel Card. Both receipts will be emailed to you monthly. Please be sure to keep them, as they are required when filing through DTS.
